AIM is leading the
way-
in tribal employee training with their extensive
program addressing all levels of the Food & Beverage
and Gaming industries. Customized training is available
or on-going staff development. The training teaches employees
how to do their job and how to keep it as they become
leaders in their community.
|
Total customer service-
is the ultimate formula for getting customers to
come back. Excellence in customer service is a six-point
program and if all of those points are in place your guests
and customers will return over and over. Training employees
is only one part of the six points and requires a total
commitment of the business to implement and complete the
six point program.

Al McCommas-
The Managing Director of AIM Motivational Seminars,
speaking on the Customer Service and Tribal Training program
he has developed. The program was influenced by the Al McCommas's
30-year career as a utility service engineer. McCommas said,
I learned that when you treat customers extra special even
when you are the only service provider available you will
see the positive effects that extra effort has on the overall
reputation of the company or group. |
Al
McCommas has translated these skills and principles into
the customer service program he and Helen Eriacho, Business
Manager for AIM Motivational Seminars, will be promoting
and coordinating to Native American agencies, service centers
and casinos that AIM Seminars has been serving with since
1980. |
